SERVICES PRODUCTION CNC MACHINING

LNP Manufacturing is a versatile machine shop with the ability to produce prototypes and production level components. For over 10 years, our experienced machinists have been working with customers to provide a variety of parts for the medical, military, semiconductor, and other manufacturing industries. Machining capabilities include milling and turning using both automated and manual equipment. CNC milling centers have 3-axis machining capabilities, allowing us to produce complex profiles with a single set up. Multiple surface grinding tools can be used to further refine tolerances and achieve required surface finishes.

PROTOTYPING & SHORT RUN CNC MACHINING

As a versatile job shop serving the medical, manufacturing, and semiconductor industries, LNP Manufacturing can provide prototyping and short run CNC machining services. Our capabilities include the ability to mill, turn, and bore a multitude of materials including steel, stainless steel, plastics, ceramics, and composite materials. Any component that can be made in production can be prototyped by experienced machinists in our fully equipped tool room. For single piece or small volume work, parts can be machined on manual equipment to prevent any dedicated tooling costs. We can fabricate parts up to 40″ in length, and 24” in width, depending on geometry and machining method.

MASTERCAM 2018 software can be used to produce 3D models of designs before fabrication, and we can verify all dimensional tolerances after machining. Dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.0002″ can be held as specified. Our entire team is dedicated to providing customers with high quality parts, fast turnaround, and personal customer service. We machine traditional metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum as well as more exotic materials such ceramics, engineered plastics, and composite materials. Machining tolerances can be held to ±0.0002″ at critical dimensions. All dimensional inspections are performed using regularly calibrated equipment.
